Our lead coop account is in need of a strong Project Manager who possesses the ability to manage detailed jobs in a fast paced environment,
and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Supervisor and Traffic Manager to produce project plans: scope, scheduling, goals/objectives
- Manage day-to-day details of job: following internal processes to ensure all solutions produced meet client goals and objectives
- Collaborate with Account Supervisor and Traffic Manager to manage quality control across all projects, including but not limited to: timelines, scope, budget, accuracy and goals/objectives
- Work directly with client on day-to-day project details via e-mail, phone and face to face
- Collaborate with Account Supervisor and VP of Account Development to identify and work areas of account growth
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of agency experience, knowledge and understanding of coop programs a plus
- Ability to quickly possess a strong understanding of client account and client's macro-level retail business needs
- Understanding of cross-channel marketing and ability to apply understanding into strategic client recommendations
- Ability to create strong, trusting client relationships
- Track record of accurate, timely and cost-effective account management
- Ability to lead and conduct secondary research
- Strong track record in account management: ability to produce solid briefs, manage day-to-day oversight and contribute strategic client recommendations on own initiative
- Ability to collaborate well across account service, planning and creative
- Strong boardroom presentation skills: conference calls, face to face and small/large audiences
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of telecom, pre-paid programs and mobile trends a plus
